Following recieving our accreditation as a manufacturer from the European Tour, this week was the first Tour Event that the Daly Golf Tour Team has attended to support and develop our player base - and what a week it was!

The event, the Estoril Open de Portugal was held in fantasic Portuguese weather at Oitavos Dunes, Cascais - and there was much interest in our new range on the practice green.  Chris Doak really liked the feel off the face from the range and we built him a Precision 3 Dark, while Federico Columbo was fitted for a Precision 7 Light and Antonio Rosado, a local Portuguese player, a Precision 5 Dark.  Antonio Sobrinho, another local player, also couldn't believe the pure strike the range produced and asked for a Precision 7 Dark - and all this before Monday was over!

Tuesday was equally busy for the Tour Team on the green, as amongst others, Per-Ulrik Johansson requested a Precision 3 Dark be made up as a belly putter to his preferred specification - an order that was immediately sent to our National Fitting centre to be built, and Steve Webster was custom fitted fror a Precision 5 Light.  Steve, who won this event last season, loved the Repeatable Anchor System and the consistent setup that it provides.

As the Tour Team returned to the Fitting Centre, the tournament itself provided some stunning golf and we are delighted to be able to announce that Steve Webster not only put the Precision 5 we built him this week in play, but finished the week on - 4, in a tie for seventh place and bringing the our first top ten finish on the European Tour for the Daly Golf Precision range of putters - in our first week on Tour!
